THE 300-YEAR HISTORY 

In 1717, the people started to making the salt at NAGURA bay
in ISHIGAKI ISLAND.

And now, 18 people of SHIMAN-CHU ( local people of Ishigaki Island) are making 「ISHIGAKI NO SHIO」as craftsman with us.
