to human life.
”Salt” is also the most significant
ingredient in foodstuffs.
We create ”salt” in the Yaeyama Islands,
the southernmost island in Japan.
We cannot create a lot of salt.
Although, we wish to create
a tasty salt that blends with
unique rhythm and time of this islands,
dazzling in cobalt blue and emerald green.
On this island,
we live together with the age of the moon while
feeling the wind,
listening to the sound of Sanshin tone,
and running through Adan.
We would be very happy,
if you have interested in
our original sea salt production,
even just a little.
