On the night of the full moon (15th of the lunar calendar), we, the salt craftsmen of the islanders, pump up the seawater at dusk and start salting on the night of the full moon. This is Nagura Bay, the southernmost Yaeyama Islands in Japan, where coral reefs grow. Historically, the birthplace of salt making in the Yaeyama Islands about 300 years ago. Since ancient times, this area has a long history of making salt for gods, and even now, the islanders (Simanchu) use 100% seawater on a full moon night as a raw material and add salt to it. The salt on the night of the full moon, which is unique to the "Tsukinoshima Yaeyama Islands," is characterized by its mellow aftertaste, which has been used in Shinto rituals for a long time.

In the dialect of the island, "Nagura Bay, which means a place where fry gather. Mangrove forest and coral reefs with abundant life, which are designated as Ramsar Convention registered sites (international nature reserves), are safe and secure salt making. It is the origin. We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

• Used products after opening the package

• When the condition when the product is returned to us is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery

About refund

After confirming the arrival of the product, we will refund the product price and consumption tax. The details of the refund will be sent to you by email after the procedure is completed.

The transfer fee (486 yen if the refund amount is less than 30,000 yen, 702 yen if the refund amount is 30,000 yen or more ) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges incurred

A flat shipping fee of ¥ 520 (tax included) is charged for each order. However, if the total price of the items in one order is 2,800 yen (tax included) or more, we will bear the shipping cost. (Please note that the wrapping fee is not included)

Delivery time and delivery method

The delivery time is usually about 3 to 4 business days from the date of order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please check in advance

・Delivery may be delayed due to remote areas, bad weather (snow, heavy rain, etc., typhoons, traffic conditions (year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, GW traffic congestion), etc.).

・Delivery date, delivery time, and faster delivery cannot be specified.

・If you do not receive the item after the storage period of our alliance / postal service (2 weeks after receiving the shipping completion email), the package will be returned to us and the order will be automatically canceled. If the product is returned due to a long absence, we will not contact you. Items once returned cannot be redelivered. In addition, we will charge the shipping fee for cancellation due to long absence or refusal of receipt .
