If you wish to return the ordered product, we will not accept returns in principle unless the product is defective.

Return policy

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges when returning the product.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

• Items that have passed 7 days after the item arrived
• Used products after opening the package
• Products that have odors or stains on the part of the customer
• When the condition when the product is returned to us is significantly different from the condition when it was delivered.
• Items with "Not eligible for return" on the product page

About refund

After confirming the arrival of the product, we will refund the product price and consumption tax. The details of the refund will be sent to you by email after the procedure is completed.

The transfer fee (486 yen if the refund amount is less than 30,000 yen, 702 yen if the refund amount is 30,000 yen or more ) will be borne by the customer.
